Ha. I DID manage to go for a walk today! Victory.
It was cloudy and muggy, but I got a few interesting pictures all the same. Strangely today's seemed to be more about the past and decay...but I love stuff like that too.
We had a busy weekend at Evel Knievel Days. Nope, I'm not kidding. I even rode in a monster truck. :) FINALLY feeling almost all well...thanks for the get-well wishes, guys!

I admit, I don't know what this is. I just liked the look of it sitting there. |

Flowers! |

Brief moment of sun. Doesn't this look Greek or something? |

This one does not look Greek. I'm still trying to puzzle out what used to be written on the door. |

The first pic looks like a tow hitch - or tow bar. It's at an uncommon angle, standing up like that.
Those flowers are beautiful - I wonder what they are. And that walkway does have an old-world look to it, doesn't it? I can't see the old letters very well on that old truck, either. Looks like it could have been a cool truck to restore, though.
Nice pictures. :)
Love the staircase!
Glad you felt well enough to get out there and walk -- looking forward to seeing more of your pics in future blog posts. :)
I want that truck!
Mardel: Thanks! And a tow hitch, huh? I knew someone helpful would know. I think the flowers are some sort of daisy/chrysanthemum, but am not sure...
Linder: Me too! Now if I really WAS in Greece.
Crystal: Really? I bet you could make a deal.
